Jennifer Ludwigson
Jenn Ludwigson is the founder of Shamrock CRE Advisors, a boutique investment partner committed to bringing an institutional investment framework to both individuals and family offices to generate wealth in private alternative assets.
Jenn has worked in finance for over 25 years, starting in mergers and acquisitions and then specializing in complex structured finance deals collaterized by Commercial Real Estate. She studied at NYU's Stern School of Business receiving her BS in Finance. (Notably, she completed her degree nights and weekend while working full time!)
Career Brags....
Integral part of leadership team that created two high-yield bridge lending platforms. Deployed over $1.5 billion a year with zero credit losses (2011 - 2022).
Successfully worked out over $2 billion in distressed debt for CIT during the global financial crisis.
First bio-tech RE deal was at Merrill Lynch in 2004.....I like to be ahead of the curve (than and now).
